They have a huge selection!! The rings are all glass so you can pick up and try on anything you want. It's really nice to be able to visualize ring after ring without having to ask for assistance. That being said, the customer service was fantastic! My husband bought my engagement ring there and they were really awesome helping him. We looked together for our wedding bands and I was impressed that the staff was available but not pushy at all. It was really relaxing. I like that I can bring it in to have it cleaned for free any time, and that as long as I bring it in to get it cleaned and inspected once a year (usually takes under 10 minutes!) they will replace diamonds that fall out. My ring is beautiful and was reasonably priced. Spence has a HUGE selection of rings! A really fantastic place to go for engagement/wedding rings. Prices were good and staff was great. I really love my ring.

This is the store that my husband purchased my engagement ring at. They provide a service that if I take my ring back, once every calendar year to get it cleaned, they will replace any diamonds that fall out. I took my ring to get cleaned right before our wedding so it would be nice and shiney and the gentleman who helped me gave me a really hard time about now having the booklet that came with the ring. The ring was a gift...I didn't get the booklet. That is my only complaint.
The store has a very friendly atmostphere and non pushy sales consultants. I was dissapointed they didn't want to custom make my wedding band for me (I had one I wanted copied) but I love my engagement ring! My husband was very impressed with the customer service as well.
