Spoonful is a Chinese all you can eat buffet. It is owned by Imperial Buffet but is much higher end and more expensive. A meal will run you $32.99 per person for dinner on Fridays, the weekends and holidays. However their senior rate which gets you dinner for $26.99 starts at 55 years old! Their weeknight and lunch prices are cheaper but likely do not include as much seafood. On weekends the dinner includes raw oysters, raw scallops, sushi and sashimi, roast beef, a wide variety of salads, a huge selection of noodles, rice, fries, bbq meats, vegetables, stir fry, quiches, fish, soups and the list goes on and on. They also have an enormous selection of desserts from a good selection of ice cream, cakes, pies, fresh fruit and even Chinese soup desserts. The service is average ... nothing soecial...as expected from most Chinese run restaurants. But the food variety and quality makes up for the mediocre service. The seating is comfortable with large tables, comfortable chairs and many booths. The restaurant is quite large ... suitable for special occasions and birthday celebrations. The washrooms are modern and suprisingly clean!
