Good customer service

I love this Starbucks, it's a coffee shop I always head to when I'm in a mood for a frappe or a tea. I love to study here and it's very convenient, I love to redeem my free drink on my birthdays. The baristas are the kindest as well.

Just got to say, that Starbuck's has definitely been the friendliest, nicest cafe. I have been to Starbucks many times in my life and out of the hundreds of times I have entered a Starbucks there was only one time I met a "not so friendly"barrister. Pretty amazing track record. Yes, their drinks might be a little pricey but I would rather pay a little more for my drinks and get friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere anytime.
