Unorganized, bad service

No matter what time of day you go Yorkdale mall is ALWAYS busy. While shopping, my fiancé and I wanted to get a quick coffee. Although the area to pick up your order was crowded, there was virtually no one in the line up to place an order. I ordered and paid for two drinks - one for me and one for him. While moving over the the pickup area, there was complete chaos. There were about 4 baristas making drinks. Watching the other customers, it was obvious that the drinks weren’t being made in order. Several patrons started to get angry staring they had been waiting over 10 minutes. I finally heard my name and one of my orders called. I squeezed through the crowd and picked it up but I was still waiting for the other drink. Similar to other customers who only received half their drinks, I could see the whipped cream melting into their drinks, hot drinks getting cold and the ice in the cold drinks disappearing as the cups sat on the counter. My second drink was called about 7 minutes later. Just enough time for my fiancé’s drink to turn cold while waiting for me to receive mine. What an awful experience!
