My appointment was a great experience. I have never been there but they are interested in how you ant your hair to look, so I was not even nervous when they were colouring or cutting my hair. They give you a scalp massage while doing the initial consultation and a hand massage later in the appointment. The only negative of the whole thing is they are trying to sell you their products, but are no way pushy about it. Great experience.
