Owner provides continual on site monthly training for staff regarding latest styles and colour. only area of improvement suggested is one of the key receptionists needs some training on how to speak professionally and respectfully to clients as she can be rude and direct and actually inappropriate as the meet and greet person. Not a good type to put at the front.
