I've been practicing yoga for years, and Studio Zen is bar none the best place I have ever had the experience of visiting. Many yoga centers you attend have 20-30 people in a class, so it's very difficult for beginners. Not at Studio Zen! The highest number of people I've seen in a yoga class is 5, the faculty consider safety of the higest priority, and their knowledge base extends far beyond what the average yoga teacher needs to know. The instructors are also experts in such fields as macrobiotic cooking, Ohashiatsu massage, Kripalu, and sports medicine. Studio Zen isn't only about yoga. There are many classes on topics including, but not limited to, meridian stretching, pilates, Double Broad Sword, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Nia, Movement for the Blues, and Yogalates. If they don't know how to do it, they will know someone who will.
