I like the Subway I normally go to at the mall - a few times a month.
It's a great treat and break from my home made healthy lunches.
As a nice healthy option in the food court or if we need something quick to eat.
I normally get either the Cold Cut Combo or Chicken Breast.
They are consistent and make me feel guilt free for eating out. It also doesn't break the bank!
SUBWAY;
For healthy options and on the go options, Subway is a top choice!
They have sandwich sales!! So they are more affordable then quiznos or mr sub for example.
It is filling, you are not hungry. A 6 inch sub is sufficient enough for me.
I like the options of meats and delis available, so many if you want chicken or tuna, or simply slices of deli.
cheese variety as well all the veggies and sauces.
A simple sandwich made fast, and yet fresh and fairly healthy (at least in comparison to other fast food joints)
I do not like one thing:
the smell of the bread
it smells through yuor skin for hours after
People can notice you ate at "subway" after eating there
Subway is one of my favourites. I like that when I order I am making a healthy choise. The breads and flatbreads are baked fresh in store and all the toppings are always fresh. Lots of different subs and flatbreads to choose from and even a nice salad. My favourite is the cold cut sub on flatbread. Yummy
