Swiss chalet used to be good but for the last couple years the food is just terrible ! You get dry chicken, fatty tough ribs. The salads are not fresh , the service is terrible , it's just a really unpleasant experience! Gross

I used to go to the Swiss Chalet all the time with my family, but now find it has gone downhill. The last time we went someone brought are meal, not are waitress we never saw are waitress again till she brought are bill. Never asked us if we liked are meal, never checked on us, never asked if we wanted more coffee or dessert. We will never go back. We heard the people behind us say there meal was cold, the waitress replied it could not be I brought it out as soon as it came up.

I love this place and the food is delicious. They have a drive through window which is convenient but it tastes home cooked. The prices are fair and its a nice place to go with your family.

i like the food but it is way too expensive, i was going to order some for lunch the other day but it would have cost me over $20 just for lunch. that is way too expensive.

i love swiss chalet. Their food is the best comfort food possible. Its been tradition to go to swiss chalet with my family since i was a kid, and now i continue it with my own family.
I use the app regularly, its fairly easy to use and navigate around , i was super excited when they finally added the debit at the door option!
my go to is the 1/4 chicken with fries (which i think they taste amazing) and i add a bbq sauce . i love love love and crave the chicken dipping sauce !

Swiss Chalet Restaurants;

You know I'd rather pay more for chicken and get it properly made.
I only like the festive special around Christmas for a quick lunch at work, otherwise....nothing special.

Chicken never seems properly cooked.
Sides are never proper temperature,
don't even bother delivery because it comes out wrong
condiments and sides always tend to be forgotten.

I understand the quality is poorer than others, but you get what you pay for.....

Bad review for Swiss Chalet. Their on line ordering system and phone orders were not working on a Friday night. Response from customer service was to try back later. This was not the first we have encountered this. Hopefully they get things figured out.
