Undercooked chicken

My husband and I took our daughter and grandson to have dinner at Swiss Chalet but we won’t be back! We were seated quickly and the waitress took our drink order and returned quickly with our beverages. An hour later we were still waiting for our food and our two year old grandson was at the end of his patience. I sent the rest of my family outside and went searching for our waitress to request our food to be changed from dine in to take out. It took another twenty minutes for our food to be ready. We got home and unpacked our food and the chicken was undercooked and the side order of vegetables meant for our two year old grandson was completely raw. I called the restaurant to complain and I explained the issue and asked for a manager. I was told no one was available so I requested a callback and left my information. I never received that call. I finally thought to call the next week and the person who identified themselves as the assistant manager told me there was nothing that could be done for me. We will not be returning.
