Great bank

TD is very convenient, the app is so helpful and so is easyweb, every question is answered professionally and on their FAQ, havent been with anyone else. TD's great

I've been with TD for over 10 years and the service gets better all the time. The hours are longer, atm with no envelopes needed and more branches available. The MySpend app is fantastic for keeping an eye on budgets but I'm confused with how certain things are categorized. For example The Beer Store is listed as a "need" but Tim Horton's is a "want".....should be the other way around ;-)

I have been going to TD/Canada Trust since I was around 6 years old and I got a bank account, and I have stuck with them even now. The hours are great, and they make banking online a breeze. Now that I live in Toronto, there are so many of these banks around, which makes it super convenient.

TD/Canada Trust always has a lot of tellers on hand who are friendly and you don't stand up in the line up for like 20 minutes like some of the other banks other banks should have a lot of tellers so people don't have to wait in like for so long

Toronto Dominion/Canada Trust has got to be one of the most customer friendly banks out there. I took my children into TD/Canada Trust to open up their own accounts. The CSR who took care of them made them feel as if they were VIP's and she took the time to explain what kind of accounts they had and its various features. They opened a children's account which means they don't pay any service fee. When my son (who is 12) noticed that there was a charge on his account he went into the bank and they were more than happy to reverse the charge as well as put a little interest into his account as well. I was really impressed with the service TD offers and even though my kids accounts don't have very much in them I know they felt like they were important customers of the bank.
