This is a fantastic Gourmet Japanese restaurant. The items are made fresh to order, in some larger locations you can sit at the front counter to eat and watch as rolls are being made. The decor is tastefully done, with a mix of chick Japanese culture to modern mood lighting.
The menu has a great variety, food is fantastic and the pricing is decent. My favorite rolls are sweet potato, vegetarian California and avocado and cucumber.
