I'm a fan of the TXLC chain of restaurants. For the price of a good steak, there's good value compared to many other steak restaurants. I usually end up getting their cowgirl ribeye steak with a side salad, soda, and side item and end up paying about $25-$30 with tax and tip. I've had a couple of occasions where my steak wasn't cooked right and they were quick to replace it with another one. Good customer service.
