Its all about brand and costumer service! Amazing staff, very patient and helpful. Its always very busy there though.

I bought my Macbook Pro here a little under a month ago. I had never purchased anything in this store before but was always fascinated with Apple in general. As soon as I walked in, there were many salespeople available to help me even though the store was packed with people, so I picked one and he did everything possible to meet my needs, answer my questions and recommend a product that was right for me. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever to purchase anything. If the salesperson did not know how to answer one of my questions, he went to get the "expert" on that subject, and he made sure I got the most information possible. Basically it was an easy purchase, for a great product. I was in & out in under one hour. Clearly, Apple prices are exhorbitant, anybody will tell you that, and we all wish their products were less expensive, but honestly I don't regret purchasing my Macbook Pro in that store. When I visited other stores to get more information on the product, they hardly helped me as much as the Apple store's salesman did, probably because they weren't going to get a sale out of it, or they didn't know as much information. I figured, if I have to pay the same price for the same product at any store I go, might as well pay for good service! I recommend this store to anyone who wants Apple products on the island of Montreal and its surroundings.

If you're a student, make sure you mention that to them when making a purchase, and bring your school student ID! Some products have discounts for students. The Macbook Pro had $200 off.
