I have been using products from them for quite a while now. Although they are costly, they work wonders. I don't shop here too much but do go from time to time.

Excellent Quality - Against Animal Testing

I have shopped here for years, a trip to the mall is not complete unless I stop in and just browse, but usually buy something.
Besides their high quality products, which I will touch on below; I love and applaud their commitment against testing on animals and how they haven't given up on petitioning the Canadian Government to pass legislation that would ban animal tested cosmetics forever.
I find all of their products pleasantly scented and luxury in quality. Their scents are consistent throughout the many products and do not differ from their lotions to bars of soap to perfume. They use a lot of natural items in most of their products which is wonderful. Their lotions are thick and buttery, super hydrating and full of amazing fragrances.
I have always found staff helpful and knowledgeable, they always approach you after you have browsed for a bit and ask if you need assistance or inform you of the sales that day. They are all generally polite and engaging in conversations about the store or any topic in general, plus they seem happy and seem to enjoy their jobs.
My life would be incomplete with out The Body Shop's Satsuma scent, which is similar to sweet mandarins with citrus and flowers.
