Long Wait. Amazing cheesecake

My friend and I decided to brave the long line and go to the cheesecake factory. We arrived around 1:30pm on a Saturday hoping to catch a smaller crowd. They we giving out buzzers with a ~2 hour wait for meals. This was a good thing because we could shop the mall (within the areas the buzzer reached) while we waited.

Our server was great. She was energetic, friendly and happy to share information about the menu. She told us that all the food (including sauces) are made in house. The menu is HUGE. It ranges from Italian, burgers, orange chicken and even Rib-eye/Filet mignon There is something for everyone on this menu.

I had the burger with Cheese and bacon wit sweet potato fries. The burger was delicious. The bottom bun was "spongy" (no other way to describe it) from the grease of the burger. I was happy the bun took all that grease and took it off to eat my burger. I had a few of the sweet potato fries. They were good. I was full without having the fries.

We ordered our cheesecakes. I had the Oreo and my friend had the Hershey's. I had 1/3 of my piece and took the rest to go. It was AMAZING. The best cheesecake I have ever had. I had some of the Hershey's cheesecake too. It was very good but I enjoyed the Oreo one much more.

By the time we left (we were seated at 3:15pm), there was a line down the mall of people waiting to sign up to wait. The restaurant ran out of buzzers. I was happy we went when we did.

TIPS. Consider going with a friend and sharing a meal (if you don't want leftovers).
Go for lunch around 2pm to have a shorter wait (it is still long but way better than dinner).
