This has moved to 429 MacLaren last year

Went in with long untreated, healthy hair, my hair is now a hot mess with orange streaks that I can barely get a comb through. Paid $235 for the disservice. I went in previously for a polish change to a favourite OPI colour. It was applied sloppily, thick, uneven, and my nails were not filed at all. Plus it cost 3 times what I normally pay in Toronto for a french manicure. I'm beginning to think there are absolutely no good salons in Ottawa. I am royally pissed off and on the verge of tears.

I am a hair color freak.. I love changing color every 3 4 months.... i loved what the lady did to my hair but it was expensive.. i payed $156 for cut+ color + highlights...Any suggestions for a place with better prices and kick ass highlightss????

Gen was the best!! She really knows how to listen to what you're looking for and deliver it! I've followed her for 3 salons now... The hair loft is beautiful, clean, great atmosphere and staff!
