This place is amazing! They always have a great selection or organic, natural or artisan cuts of meat - beef, chicken, pork to the more exotic bison, venison and elk (just to name a few). They even include heritage types of pork. They also carry so many organic and natural prodcuts (many locally produced) that are just fantastic - butter, milk, juice and bread. In house varities of burgers are great too! Always something new to try here. The service is absolutely fantastic. We try to go at least once a month since we moved out of the city, but we visisted every week when we were close by. Totally worth the trip if you are not around the corner from one of their 3 locations.
