Pricey but so worth it

The keg is by far one of my favourite restaurants. The steaks are always delicious and the garlic mashed potatoes are to die for. Would definitely recommend

The Keg is a really good steak house, my husband and I have our date night over there, as a romantic place, we go to one with a river view, and whenever we go we try not to eat during the day so we are hungry by dinner time and we actually enjoy it a lot, the steaks are good, the shrimp appetizers are real good too

If my husband and I want a nice night out this is at the top of our list of places to go. The atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious, the food tastes amazing, the portions are great, and they are really great about taking anything back if the cook on it is off. Great steak, and the pistacio crusted Salmon is wonderful.

I love love love the keg. They have this inside round baseball steak with mashed potatoes and gravy wih broccoli. I always get it cooked medium rare and omg!! They cook it to perfection every time.

We don't have The Keg where I live, but when I travelled to Toronto I ate there 3 or 4 times. I loved it. Great garlic shrimp, wonderful desserts and you can't beat their virgin mary. We used to purchase The Keg clamato juice in Quebec, but they took it away a few years back. Hopefully, it will come back someday.

The Keg is great if you are looking for a nice meal without the massive pricetag of the higher end steakhouse. You know what you are going to get.
I find that the wait staff is always great and I like the ambiance. It is a family friendly place so not the best if you are looking for a romantic quiet dinner.

Overall I like the Keg.

Expensive BUT you get what you pay for, and the managers are MORE than accommodating! My steak was a little under cooked, kindly sent it back to the kitchen to heat up a bit more (no big deal, it happens). Then the manager brought my plate back out and it was all replenished! Extremely kind!

Amazing prime rib! A little pricey but I guess the great food, drinks and service ,Make up for it.

We had a family meal here last week. My son moved to Edmonton last year and though he had enjoyed food in the Montreal restaurant, he had not yet tried this one in Edmonton.

We went with two small kids. They served them a nice fruit appetizer that helped them occupy time while waiting for the rest.

The plates are well presented, the steaks were cooked to perfection and the service was excellent.
