Scam no product or refund received for a $300 order

Received pair of mens shoes and two socks. Took them 5 days to acknowledge they sent the wrong order. Would get back to me 2 days later to provide postage slip to return. Asked for my order and will not send it. They have to wait until the warehouse inspects my return. Their mistake and treating me like the criminal. Doubtful will get my items and will be out almost $300. Worst customer service ever.

Terrible jacket and questionable business practices

The company sold me a defective jacket where the zipper is very hard to zip and doesn't remain closed and now are threatening to use my payment method to charge me more in unauthorized transactions to send it back to me if I send back the defective model to them. Avoid buying from these scammers standing behind shoddy customer service and a "small employee base" to buy anything from them no matter the price.

Charged money, no product to use

I ordered a pair of shoes, they sent me the wrong style, when I complained the offered a refund, but when I was transferred the money they did not refund their shipping fees. So keep in mind if you order a product you could possibly not get the product you ordered, and have to either accept that or pay a fee for no product at all. Had they warned there was no full refund I probably would have just kept the shoes so I didn’t pay for nothing but a bad experience.

The last hunt is A online site where you can find top of the line merchandise at amazing deals. I have bought from them a few times and the shipping cost is not that much and even free if you spending over a certain amount. The only downfall is that it's final sale on what ever you purchase so you have to know your size.
