I second pickled's review. My experience here was terrible all around. It was probably the first time in my entire life that I didn't leave a tip.

More like the Tragic room! I went for facials with four of my close friends. Everything seemed fine until we were escorted to the facial cubicles to change into those towel wrap shirt things. My very conservative friend was all but shoved into a room to change with a complete stranger! Every other spa I've been to has soothing music playing softly over the intercom, this place played the radio (commercials and all). I finally managed to relax and enjoy my facial when an employee shouted to my esthetician that she had another appointment and had better hurry up! This facial came with eyebrow threading, which would have been fine, except that the woman working on my eyebrows quickly became exasporated with me when I didn't hold my eyelid down the way she wanted me to. Overall, we felt very unrelaxed after this experience
