I have to agree with MissChickie, this place is awesome. A friend of mine introduced me to Optic Zone a couple of years ago and I have been going there ever since for my vision needs. Their prices are unbeatable with contact lenses as well. Definitely give this place a try!

I came here yesterday looking for a new pair of sunglasses and was amazed at the selection and service. The Optic Zone is a small store on Jarvis near King and not much to look at from the outside but it is a must visit destination for sunglasses or glasses. The store is small but they have a very nice selection of designer frames with everything from Prada, Chanel and the usual suspects, to some of the cheaper brands like Ralph. I bought a gorgeous pair of Chanel sunglasses for a steal since they gave me a special price and included the tax in the price.

What really impressed me is the level of service I got. For the first time in my life I had trouble choosing which pair to buy because they had pulled so many great styles that suited my face. I was torn between a gorgeous pair of Coach sunglasses and the Chanel ones I ended up getting. The ones I bought would have cost me at least $500 anywhere else and I saw a pair there for $350 that someone else I knew had paid $800 for. You definitely want to check this place out! They also have a nice selection of regular glasses.
