Horrible experience

Bought my airpods with them because I couldn't go to apple, and the sales assistant lied to me about the warranty just to make the sale. she told me it would cover losses, just as long as I don.t lose the whole set. I told myself it was a good deal because apple does not cover losses. I bought the warranty. A few months after, I lose the charging cases, I go to one of their stores, and they tell me they don't have any warranty like that. I go to the original store, and they have no idea what I'm talking about. I leave the store confused, thinking it is my mistake, I talk about it to a friend, and she is also surprised that nobody knew about it, because she got told the exact same thing when she bought her airpods there!!!

My go to tech store

Love this place. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. Sometimes they have great sales, I got a printer for less than half price one day. The prices can be a bit expensive but the selection is good and usually it's worth it anyway.

The Source doesn't carry a ton of merchandise and their selection isn't as great as other stores but they do offer good deals on what they do offer. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

This store does not carry a huge selection of merchandise but I have found some good buys for a great price. Everytime I walk by one of theses stores, I always go in to browse through because I never know what deal I may find.

This is a good store, but it doesn't offer a lot of selection like BEST BUY. I come here because it's the store that is closer to me. The associates are willing to help, but sometimes are very sure if I have a question. That is totally fine because not everyone is knowledgeable about everything.

This is a great place to shop for electronics ,they always have a good selection and the staff are really knowledgeable in helping you pick the right product.
