Terrible store and customer service

Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. Ordered a few things online more than six weeks ago and have contacted them about it repeatedly and only got one response which is that they will be checking with Canada Post, yet I’m out money and none of the items I ordered.

Horrible client care

Horrible customer service! I forgot to enter the free shipping promo code and ended up pressing send too fast. Literally 1 minute after my order I wrote to them explaining the situation and asking them to apply the code or cancel my order so I could re-order with my promo code. They refused to do both and answered me that I could return the clothing or refuse the package but that in either case they would charge me the shipping fee.

Awful customer service!

Awful customer service! They never sent the return label with my online order, I had to email numerous time’s requesting it. They either sent me an invalid label or replied saying: “You had 24 hours to print the label”, in the end I never got the return label. Customer service is rude, I wouldn’t recommend ordering online!

Pregnant but fashionable.

This is my third pregnancy and almost all of my maternity clothes are from thyme maternity. I have a few pairs of leggings, a couple of dresses, some jeans, capris and alot if tops. It is a little pricey but at least I can still feel fashionable while sporting my cute little baby bump. I am very fortunate that a size small has always lasted me an entire pregnancy. I have never gained more than 20 lbs for any of them so I didn't have to worry about upping sizes the further along I got. Since I am more than half way done this pregnancy I'm fairly confident I will be just as lucky this time around as well. Their clothes are quite comfortable and accomadate my growing belly. For those on a budget Thyme Maternity often has sales. I find thd quality is good and they wash up well.

Do Not Give Them Your Business!!!

If I could rate this store lower I would!!!! I lost my daughter and have phoned, emailed, unsubscribed more then 40 times and even gone into the store to ask them to take me off of their mailing lists and they wont! I have asked to speak with a manager when I phone into customer service and they say they don't have managers. They wont give me a name or phone number of someone who can take me off the mailing lists. They send me stuff almost every day! This is a horrible way to abuse a grieving family!!! Absolutely Shameful!!! Don't buy from this store and if you do don't give them any of your information because they will hound you no matter what!

I picked up some essentials and I am OBSESSED with the maternity jeans! I picked up a couple of black two way maternity tanks as well because I normally always wear a black tank under any shirt but they weren't covering my belly anymore! Back to the jeans for a quick second though! I've never felt more comfortable wearing jeans weirdly enough. I love the maternity bras! So comfy and supportive. I think I will be coming back for more shirts & bras in the near future and I can't wait now for the Fall Collections.. I have a feeling Thyme will be taking a full pay cheque from me very soon..

I have frequented a few of the Thyme Maternity stores in order to find maternity clothes but if there was virtually any other option, I likely would have gone there. The clothes are pretty expensive, they are good quality but they are also a very specific style that doesn't suit or reflect all women (I am not a pink bodycon dress with a patent leather bow belt as one of the sales associates tried to convince me was cute. Don't get me wrong, it's cute for someone, but NOT me). I have good quality pants (especially dress pants) and tights from the store, as well as some basic tops. Their nursing tops and dresses definitely do not fit given the size of my chest (I was larger than their nursing bras before I got pregnant. I was also surprised to learn that unlike any regular clothing in which I would fit into a medium or large, I was an extra small or small in their clothes meaning that there were a lot of things that didn't fit me because of the strange size changes.

I love that the store has options from lounge wear to office wear and even different types of waists on the pants. My only wish is that the prices are a bit more affordable. For clothing that is worn for such a short period of time, I would love to get more clothes and options for the price I pay. There is no Thyme Maternity is my small city and I have to drive an hour to get to this store, so for me it's a special occasion to go there and the prices left me underwhelmed with the effort it took to get to the store. And not that the clothes are mixed in with my other maternity clothes, I couldn't tell you which ones came from Thyme and which ones came from other stores.

I was able to wear the clothes all through my pregnancy. I found that their pants were the best thing I bought. They were comfortable and the elastic part would cover my stomach the best. They are a little expensive for amount of time that you wear them, but they are definitely worth it.

I really love the customer service from Thyme Maternity (both in store and online). They are so friendly and helpful. I find the items to be expensive, but on par with other maternity stores - it is just expensive to begin with as they have a monopoly on us pregnant woman! So aside from that, they have a lot to choose from in terms of styles, they are constantly getting new items in and their sales are actually worth speaking of. They often have between 40 and 70% off, which is when I stock up. I don't think I have purchased one thing regular price there yet. They give you a welcome baby package upon shopping there the first time and signing up for their reward program, which included baby/mom samples, coupons and a bottle. Nice touch!
