Nothing worth raving about

Tim Hortons has a lot of work to do to improve — there’s only a few things on the menu I’d eat. Ad the customer service needs a LOT of work. The drive through associates rarely get the order correctly even when they’ve confirmed the order and they try to rush at the window too calling the next order.

Improving the quality of the food and the quality of the customer service and Tim Hortons would have a LOT more happy customers.

A staple

Love timmys it is such a staple and love their menu, deals they have in the summer for their drinks. It's very convenient and you can find a local restaurant everywhere. Love to have a french vanilla and bagel for breakfast when I'm on the go to school, so much more to choose from.

Not as good as it used to be

Tim Hortans has changed a lot. The service is terrible . They don't listen to orders and most are extremely rude. They never get orders correct. When you bring back your incorrect orders they don't own up to the fact that they messed up.Some employees try to rip you off like $5. The restaurant is usually always dirty. From old bagels on the floor to icing smeared on tables and booths and hair in the food.. Gross. I could say a lot more but this is my main opinion.

Tims Breakfast wraps ate the Best I know a lot of people don

I know a lot of people don't like Tim Hortons but I absolutely love the breakfast wraps inexpensive delicious and quick. A person can only eat so many bagels great option

Okay. Anytime I've ever gone in the day the service is amazing. Friendly and fast. It appears people just love to be there. But at night, it's like they are under staffed and can only do one coffee a time in drive thru. We waited almost almost 10 minutes at night in the drive thru with my infant s reaming her head off, while the car ahead got just a coffee. Next time it happens I'm staying by the speaker so you can deal with it too!!!

Tim Hortons is my favourite coffee shop. I love the fresh brewed coffee in the morning. It gets my day starting off right. I love the smell of coffee. The muffins are nice as well. I love the lemon poppy seed muffin and lemon crandberry muffin, these I have not seen in a long time. But overall I Love Tims.

Tim Hortons is one of my go to's if I am on the go because it is super close to where I live and they make delicious food and have a calorie wise menu as well! They also offer Soy as a dairy substitute for those who have sensitivities. The staff are always well trained and welcoming.

I never really liked coffee until i had Tim Horton's coffee. Only coffee i will drink. The prices are amazing and my favourite drink in the summer is their frozen raspberry lemonade they are the best!! I highly recommend this! The staff is also very polite and the service is always fast.

J'aime beaucoup Tim Horton pour ses soupes et ses breuvages. Je me procure régulièrement leur Cappucino glacé et j'aime toujours autant le goût ! L'été ils ont des promotions c'Est super !

This is one of my favorite places to go for Bagles, sweets and hot beverages, some of the food is well worth the price I would recommend this place to anyone if their looking to make a stop for snack food or a beverage.
