Tims Service is being depleated
I used to love stopping for a Tims coffee or tea whenever I went anywhere - I could have had it 3-4 times a day - now I would rather bring my own from home. The accuracy of staff has completely been disregarded and customers feel like they are expected to tip - I've had staff try to keep the change and not give it back whether I said to or not. The level of care Tims staff shows is almost non-existant.
Nothing worth raving about
Tim Hortons has a lot of work to do to improve — there’s only a few things on the menu I’d eat. Ad the customer service needs a LOT of work. The drive through associates rarely get the order correctly even when they’ve confirmed the order and they try to rush at the window too calling the next order.
Improving the quality of the food and the quality of the customer service and Tim Hortons would have a LOT more happy customers.
I used to love Tim Hortons muffins and donuts. Now I get the tea only and skip the rest. The food standard has gone down and so has the cleanliness and service.
Tims is not my favorite place for takeout coffee. Whenever someone from our office is making a coffee run, I always pass. I take my coffee black and find that coffee from Tim Horton's give me severe heartburn. I can drink Starbucks Americano no cream with no issues though. Lucky for me we don't have a Starbucks in our community so it's easy on my wallet.
I find the coffee at Tim Horton's has a very strong burnt taste most of the time. Tried their new gluten free macaroons and while good, much more like a donut in the health department than some of the healthier gluten stuff that they offer.
Restaurants are usually clean and well kept. You know what you're getting there though.
I go to a local one here in town. The coffee seems to be making a downward spiral as of late. BUT, their food is still awesome! the soups are great, the sandwiches are yummy...
I am absolutely appalled at the service standard that Tims' has now. The drive through times are bad, the accuracy is worse.... Sometimes it doesn't even taste like coffee.....
