My second experience today at Toast and Ham did not disappoint! I had been once before and had a similar experience. My first time I ordered the Mac and cheese. It was so decadent and creamy and the salad that came with it really complimented the dish. Today I was thinking about trying a sandwich which comes with soup or potatoes and I was thinking I would try the soup. I asked the server about the soups and she was very knowledgable and willing to ask the kitchen for ingredients as I am avoiding dairy currently while nursing my baby. Finding out I couldn't have soup was a bummer but upon asking for a suggestion I went with her choice of a beet salad, which was incredible. I was with 3 friends and their 3 babies as well as mine and they put us at a great table with lots of room. It was a fresh, friendly atmosphere and I will definitely be back again.
