I've been shopping at Trixie ever since it's opened. The customer service there is awesome, all I have to do is walk in and tell the girls what I'm looking for and off they go, before you know it my change room is full of things to try on. The great thing is they always seem to pick out such unique pieces that I always get so many people asking "where did you get that"? i picked up a couple of dresses the last time I was there from a Canadian designer (Kollontai),. they carry a lot of little lines from Montreal, which i haven't seen anywhere else. The girls are very honest if something doesn't suit me, they always bring me other things that will. They also carry a lot of denim which I always have a hard time finding a good pair that fits well. Check out the Yoga jeans, got a pair of those and they are so comfy and wash really well. If you gals want different stuff, check out this store it rock!!!
Horrible customer service - I have never been made to feel so bad. I was trying on some dresses and lost track of time. Apparently the store was closing and I overstayed my welcome. Not knowing the store closes at 7pm one of the staff very rudely, and in no uncertain terms, kicked me out of the change room. How humiliating. Seriously people, all you have to do is politely let me know the store is closing. Poor customer service, poor communication skills, and an appalling attitude. I have been a regular customer for some time now and will most definitely not be going back.

This store has very unfriendly return policy. I have been a regular customer for 3 years and have bought 100's of dollars of clothes and shoes and today I was treated very poorly. The first time I tried to return an item ($35 top) that did not fit just right I was made to feel like a liar. I had all the tags and receipts, and I NEVER wore the top. I was treated very poorly, I am very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.
I was not given store credit so I am stuck with something I will never use, and the store owner lost my business.

Fantastic little boutique in Bloor West Villiage! I went in there for the first time, and the girls were so helpful and never once did I feel like they were pushing me into buying something I didn't want. The girl who helped me was so so so honest, and I really appreciate that. I really wish I had asked for her name, because I can only refer to her as "the short girl with the really awesome hair" The prices aren't bad, especially for the brands you're buying, and the sales rack was fantastic! I definitely recommend it!
Yes, Emilee is right this is an awesome store! They have some really cool stuff - dresses, skirts, cute tops, jeans - some designer, some not. They also carry foxy originals jewelry, which I love. Definitely recommend this boutique!
Trxie is a little boutique in the Bloor West Village area. A lot of the clohtes that it carries you would find in other stores (e.g. Buffalo, JLo, Guess, Dex, etc.) the cool thing is that the lady that owns the boutique seems to pick the best of all of these lines so they are all in one store. If you hit a sale here you really get a good bargain (i have bought tons of cute Buffalo/Guess tops for 20 bucks or less) and even if things arent on sale I would always rather shop here because of the helpful staff. Give them the occassion or look you are going for and they know everything in the store and are sure to find you something cute. I would recommend this to any of my friends hands down. A wide mix of everything from shoes, bags, jeans dresses and other things, I almost always find the look I want in this store.
