I stumbled upon Turnabout while exploring Kitsilano with a friend who was in town from Edmonton. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the contents of this store. I have never been a consignment shopper but my friend asked me to go into the store with her and the merchandise was phenomenal. They had labels from Gucci to Marciano and the prices were ridiculously low with the additional sale that they had going on. I bought a Marciano top and another blouse for $18 taxes in. This location of Turn About is said to be slightly less upscale than the one on Granville but I have not been to that location yet and I was content with this location and the fact that it had free parking nearby as well. There was a good selection of used clothing for this who enjoy finding stylish goodies at less than new prices. They carry everything from funky t-shirts to shoes and bags and you might even find some designer labels here.
