The fries at Union Burger are great! However the items are very overpriced and they charge you for all extras. I had ordered a buffalo chicken burger and I didn't even get Buffalo chicken sauce on it. I had also ordered a salad and it was a mix of regular lettuce and the shredded lettuce that they use on the burgers. I guess they ran out of salad lettuce but when I contacted them to provide feedback and sent them pictures they claimed they didn't get the pictures and never replied even after multiple attempts. Clearly customer service isn't a priority for Union Burger!
