Uptown Cheapskate is a "second time around" store geared towards teens and young adults. They have everything from everyday clothes to designer handbags to scarves to jewlery to shoes. The service there is pretty lousy there though. There is no customer/employee interaction until you go to check out and even then they aren't very friendly. It also can get very busy and can seem overwhelming. They have their clothes sorted by size and season so that is very helpful!
