The urban oasis mineral spa is amazing. Right when you walk in the door there is a light vanilla scent, it almost feels like the relaxation is washing over you in waves. The receptionist greets you by name and walks you to your to the locker room to give you a locker, and some time to change. If it is your first time the receptionist will show you how everything works, but remembering is very easy because it is very simplistic. While you are waiting for your treatment you can soak in the mineral pool for a while or go into the jacuzzi or steam room. The only part I did not like about the pool area is that it is shared by the patrons of the hotel and there is a waterslide right beside the pool. When it is your time for your treatment your masseur or whoever is helping you will come get you personally and introduce themselves. Another good part of this is that you are able to choose a male or female depending on what you are comfortable with. When your treatment is over you are able to either change or if you need take a shower. There are hair products there so you need not worry about bringing your own. All in all the price is affordable, the ambiance is very relaxing, the service is prompt and intimate and you leave a much happier person.
