Value village used to be great. Now it's ridiculous. Over priced. Its all used and its supposed to be a bargain shop. They sell brand named clothes for more than it is in the real store. Shoes are even expensive. Better off buying new. Some stuff is gross, shirts full of holes and stains, toys that are all dirty. It is unorganized. The bathroom is disgusting. I refuse to go in there anymore since its a huge rip off!!!!!!!!
none.
value village is really great because I always fine amazing stuff. every time go their you fine something great. they even have a great selection of books.
Prices are out of this world!
I used to love value village. Their prices are getting ridiculous! They sell their products almost at cost! Not long ago I seen a used pillow ( bed pillow) for 15.99$ wtf? Walmart kids pants 4$ at Walmart and $3.99 at value village. On another side I find a bench purse ( worth overb$100) for $3.99! The pricers are not on same wavelengths at all! They need people who know their prices!
Not for the Bargain Shopper
I used to love going to VV. The "thrill of the hunt". Times have changes and so have their prices.
It's cheaper to go to a store and buy new. I understand they support local charities but those charities do the bulk of the labour and only receive a portion. I feel bad for very low income people who relied on the deals. Cheaper for them to visit the Salvation Army or Good Will.
Gone down hill over the years.
I used to love visiting my local value village and seeing what mysterys and gently used items they had to offer. Now on the other hand I find there murchindise has gone way down hill over the years, they barley pay any attention to the cloths they put out on the floor or the items it went from being a gently used store to a pretty much everything is broken store. I also find that the customer service was terrible I couldnt find anyone to help me find certain items. Over all I find myself going less and less. Thrift shops like the Salvation Army and rebuilt resources are way better with qauilty and prices !
Value Village a thrift seekers paradise. It's a great second hand store. Gently used items in good condition and
great prices. Why throw away good things. Donate, reuse ,recycle. a non-profit organisation that helps several
foundations. Plenty of dressing rooms with great lighting and full length mirror. You can always find something
you want. Nice place to shop thrifty.
Value Village is a second hand boutique that you will find some great deals and the items are gently used, clean and in great shape. I shop at Value Village at least three or more times a month and always pleased with what I find and bring home.
The service from the sales staff and cashiers is outstanding and they will help you find something you are looking for with a smile on their face.
I strongly recommend Value Village if you enjoy purchasing good quality second hand goods! You won't be disappointed!
