Victoria's Secrets products are fine quality made. They can be on the high end price range, but they have so many choices to choose from in bras and underwear. I don't want to always wear granny panties.

I love Victoria's Secret. They have to nicest undergarments. Best material and the best looking. Best quality as well. They fit well and last for a long time. They are also the most comfortable

I was recently shopping at Victoria Secret in a town which is 2 hours from home. I purchased several bras. When I got home I realized that one of the bras had a strap sewn on backwards (it was twisted and could not be untwisted without undoing the stitches). I contacted customer service and explained the situation and as I lived to far to exchange the product in store they sent me a gift card for the full price of the bra. I was able to purchase a new bra and I am going to take the other bra to a seamstress to get fixed. Although there was a defect in the bra, customer service handled it amazingly!
