Belle Boutique
J'ai visiter une boutique Victoria's secret il y a quelques années, et j'ai bien aimé la marchandise. Le service par contre, n'était pas super. Beaucoup trop de monde, les vendeuses sont pas super accueillante..
Meh
Let me begin by saying they do have some great products. Their pyjamas are super comfortable, and I have yet to find a bra in which fits better and more comfortable than theirs for my 32DD size. The problem with stopping with them is they have very few stores in Canada. I have to head out towards Toronto if I want to shop there which takes time, or travel to the US for a bra. Shopping online is expensive, as you’re almost certain to be paying some shipping. Sales are very minimal, but if you can go when one of going on, I highly suggest it, as their prices are out there. Keep in mind, you are paying for quality. If you don’t mind spending $60 on a bra, go for it. My one bra has gone a long way. Been wearing it for 3 years now and it still fits, but is just now starting to look a bit rough. Sales lady can be helpful sometimes, but you definitely have to look like you will be buying something that day to get much attention from them.
VS Credit Card
As a Canadian we travel down the the United States fairly often. On one of our visits I was shopping at Victoria's Secret and was offered a credit card. I accepted and charged the order to the card thinking I would just pay it off once we returned home. Well, let me tell you, it was a horrendous pain in the butt to pay it off! Took a series of phone calls and transfers to some sketchy sounding company who finally accepted our payment. The whole process was so time consuming and frustrating that I immediately cut up the card (once I was sure my payment actually went through) and vowed never again. All that for a few mediocre products that I could've just paid for in cash and subsequently avoided the payment headache. Canadians - make note and avoid the card temptation.
The only lingerie store I frequent
I bought my first real bra at Victoria's Secret, and it is still my go-to store. I'm a 32DDD, so there are no department stores that carry my unusual size. VS caters to people like me, though! The store is always nicely organized, with all of the new/flashy products at the front of the store and the clearance stuff (my favourite!) at the back. Although their regular prices are astronomical, they frequently have sales that make it worthwhile to purchase from them. The thing that I don't love about VS is their salespeople. They are always super friendly, but they tend to get up in my personal space! I usually don't want to be bothered when I am shopping for myself, but since they are on commission they pressure you into trying on products that will give them bonuses if you buy them. I wish there was some way that you could shop there without being pestered by pushy salespeople :(
Always can find something cute, but too pricy
I love victoria's secret, especially their PINK section. They make the cutest comfy sweatsuits. I wish they hadn't discontinued their bathing suit line, they fit great! Their prices have gone up, making me shop there less.
Nice
They sell nice quality and beautiful bras but I think it's too overpriced. My favourite product is the sport bra, it was the most comfortable one i've ever wore. Deals are fine but I don't get why it cost so much.
I really love this store especially the PINK clothes are my favorite and I have a lot of them. The problem is the quality for what you're paying. The sweaters are expensive and ends up getting woolies and marks on them anyway
I love getting my underwear from Victoria's Secret because they make really good boy shorts that are so comfortable. They might be expensive for one panty but during their semi-annual sales, which is twice a year, they are very affordable. I'm not the type to buy fancy underwear but if I am very comfortable with them, I feel like I can conquer the world better. As for their bras and their lounge wear, I am not a fan of them because their bras seem to fit me oddly and their lounge wear is quite average in terms of design in my opinion. I get my bras/bralettes from Aritzia instead and my lounge wear from miscellaneous stores.
I recently heard rumors that VS might accept underwear returns and put it back in the store to sell. This might not be news to others but this might affect where I will shop in the future... Remember to wash your new underwear purchases before wearing them, ladies!
I use to shop at Victoria secrets for all my panties but I find they don't make them as good any more. I occasionally shop for body products and I get a lot of free underwear with coupons they sent, so I am okay with it. They also send me a $10 gift card for my birthday, that I love.
