ugh

I never have a great time when shopping at wal mart - even phoning a store is ridiculous. I get hung up on, passed around to employees that do not care at all about me or their job, and i never get any sort of resolution or answer. Staff is the same when I'm shopping at the stores. Recetly, i called 3 different wal mart stores to inquire about a product, i was hung up on, passed around, and finally told no they don't sell them. When I had gone into 2 out of the 3 wal marts... they both had the EXACT item. LAZY!
