I spent a few months in Winnipeg last year and fell in love with this place!! The food is exceptional, definitely not your typical Japanese restaurant, the service is very friendly and the Japanese tables upstairs are a novelty. My sister came to visit and this was the restaurant I absolutely had to have her try. The dishes aren't huge but they're great for sharing. Loved one of their fish dishes (can't remember the name unfortunately) which tastes like butter and melts in your mouth. So yummy!
