100% OF CHICKS DIG IT
I joined Weight Watchers a week or so ago and have already lost five pounds. I feel like I am not even on a diet! I am still eating a lot of the same foods the only difference is that I've made a lot of smaller changes. I've switched to fat free and bought some WW english muffins and purchased foods that I love and that are low in points. I cut out the junk where I can and just overall try to make better choices. Also the fact that I paid to join is a huge motivator haha. Unfortunately the staff in my town aren't very personable. They are stuck in their whole spiel so to speak. They forgot that I was already a member 5 minutes after they weighed me and asked "Are you just signing up?". Ouch. But you do gain a lot from the meetings and the Weight Watchers system itself really does work. Try it. You will not be disappointed.
