This is a great place to find some lesser known brands and natural brands. I ordered a few years ago and my order was a few days late due to a snowstorm and they set me a voucher to make up for it. Overall I've had good experiences with well.ca they're kind of expensive regular price but they have sales all the time.

I have ordered from Well.ca quite a few times. There was only 1 time where I had an issue, but it was resolved quickly. The 1 time I had a problem one of my cleaning products I ordered broke on the way. I tried multiple times to call the company and got terrible service each time. I decided to email the person that deals with broken merchandise and he responded very quickly, and very helpful. Not only did he send me a new product, but he gave me a $10 credit as well! Well.ca makes shopping easy and convenient, usually ships in a few days, a week at max!

Well.ca ships to my northern community for FREE! They have equal or better prices than the big box stores here in my city and are fast. This is one of those things where you press the buttons and it is sent to you for real. Best thing for me as many the stores where I live run out of stock on a regular basis.

I have ordered from Well.ca 3 times in the last 3 years. I got the items I ordered on time and in great condition. The prices are a bit more expansive then local grocery stores but I had a coupon when the website first launched to try it, which brought the prices down. They sometimes will have samples to try when you order a certain amount. Overall, it's a good company.
