Fantastic range of products if you're looking for something specific. The regular prices are about the same as most drugstores, but the shipping is free (In Canada) so you're getting convenience of home delivery without extra cost. They also often have lots of clearance selections and sales on all the time. The delivery was nice, fast and I loved the personal touch of a little thank you note, smiley written on the ordering form. I love supporting Canadian businesses and will continue to use them in the future!

This is a great place to find some lesser known brands and natural brands. I ordered a few years ago and my order was a few days late due to a snowstorm and they set me a voucher to make up for it. I have ordered from Well.ca 3 times in the last 3 years. I got the items I ordered on time and in great condition. The prices are a bit more expansive then local grocery stores but I had a coupon when the website first launched to try it, which brought the prices down. They sometimes will have samples to try when you order a certain amount. Overall, it's a good company.

I placed an order with Well.ca a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, there was a mix up in my order and I did not receive one of the items ordered. I used their online help function to talk to a live customer service rep and they were very friendly, prompt, and made sure to make the proper adjustments to my order. I was very pleased with the service despite there being a little mix up at the warehouse. While their prices are pretty much on par with most other online retailers, they offer free shipping on all of their products which is wonderful. I would certainly do business with them again.
