I have ordered from Well.ca for a few years now, and I was always happy about no shipping fees, but they have changed that now! So, I will order from them way less, and only if their price beats 2 other drug stores that are within walking distance of my home. Sorry Well.ca I used to love you, but not with shipping fees

I started ordering from well.ca about 18 months ago and was fairly happy with them and especially appreciated the free shipping if you ordered over $25.00 worth of items. Just recently they have decided that where I live (I have NOT moved) is now classed as 'remote' and my shipping fee (regardless of how much I spend) is now $20.00. I will no longer be ordering from them due to this reason. If the shipping fee had been more reasonable I would not have minded so much.

Well.ca is not worth the hassle. Go to shoppers drug mart/london drugs/pharma plus, it will save you a headache.

They are very deceptive with their delivery times. You have two options. First; you can have the product shipped to your home in 2-3 days or, secondly; you can have it shipped to a bufferbox in 1-2 days. I opted for the bufferbox location in order to receive my package sooner. They do not tell you that it takes an additional 2 -X amount of days to process your order first.

My delivery experienced a 'processing error' and my package sat at the bufferbox warehouse for 4 days. Not until i called did they find the error and assure me they would have it shipped out.

Horrible customer service experience with well.ca as well. When i called and explained the situation and suggested they talk to bufferbox, the women said its not well.ca's fault. I agreed with her and told her i was only suggesting they reevaluate their shipping methods.

The service at well.ca is bar none! I have been ordering from them for over a year. I received one defective product in an order, emailed the company and the next day they shipped out a replacement product free of charge. While some items can be found locally for less, they have the best selection of cosmetic and health items available and amazing shipping times! I highly recommend well.ca

Love this store!! The prices are on par with other stores and they often have great sales.

Love this site.!! Have ordered from here many times and as I live in Canada the shipping was free. Great range of products and decently priced..just keep checking for the sales or promotions...its really worth the time

Good site, a bit pricey though

I have ordered from Well.ca countless times, and I will continue to do so. They have a great inventory of products, including a lot of eco-friendly and organic products that you can't find in a lot of stores. I also find their prices to be great! They ship in 2-3 days usually, which makes it even better. Highly recommend this site.

Well.ca royally screwed up my return. I received baby gifts from a friend and I spoke to well.ca on the phone, telling them specifically to email me the refund gift certificate for the returned items as my friend is very sensitive about her gifts. they emailed ME the mailing label but they didn't send the refund gc to me but to my friend. everything would have been ok if the people at well.ca fixed the problem but they didn't even apologize or acknowledge their mistake. extremely poor and insensitive customer service. way overpriced diapers too. their sale prices get beat by walmart and RCSS by at least $10 per diaper box.

Fantastic range of products if you're looking for something specific. The regular prices are about the same as most drugstores, but the shipping is free (In Canada) so you're getting convenience of home delivery without extra cost. They also often have lots of clearance selections and sales on all the time. The delivery was nice, fast and I loved the personal touch of a little thank you note, smiley written on the ordering form. I love supporting Canadian businesses and will continue to use them in the future!
