Thank you Patricia,
We just would like to say big Thank you to young girl who works at White Oaks Animal hospital, name Patricia as receptionist, and another girl who was assistant (name start with H), sorry about that. Both very kind, generous, nice young lady’s with great bedside manners who accommodate me, my roommate and dog yesterday on thelast minute issues. They were very nice, listening all our concern we had with a dog. But when come to Vet. Dr. U. Parma that was totally different story.
We tried to explained to dr. Parma what was going on with a dog, he barely took any interest to help us. Basically, after almost 15 min of conversation, we came to situation that we “had to begged him to help us “! So he finally agreed to doit with a very rude comments, attitude asking “who did referred us to this clinic, what you want me to do??? Also, his comments were: “We are not groomers, we don’t have a contract with place that referred you here etc etc…At the end, service was done on a very high price we payed. Thankfully, my roommate dog was ok. At the end we were wondering : As a client, are we paying a high price for vets attitude or service they provide to the dogs???
To the young lady’s, we wish them all the best in the future. Marry Christmas and a very Happy, healthy New Year 2023!
I am skeptical of an animal hospital where there are no pets or clients in the place. There was only one staff member there and no one else. Usually, you see Thank you cards or pictures of animals or praise for the services. The environment was very sterile. The vet did not engage with my pet. I gave him a stool sample from my pet which he requested. He was very insistent that I get my pet tested for 3 things which would have costed over $500. I was shocked and he wouldn't budge unless I got the testing done for my pet. Luckily, I trusted my gut otherwise I would have been overcharged. He was not at all understanding or very nurturing. He couldn't answer any of my questions. I found out later that my cat had cancer. This vet was not very empathetic or sympathetic. It was a very sad day. Worse of all this is a very sad experience that nobody should need to go through. I don't recommend this place at all. Extremely poor service.
