Don't like it

Yes, there are a lot of sales and products are cheap but I don't like that shop. The styles are too simple and I find them ugly in my opinion. That's what you get for what you pay I guess but sometimes I don't get how people like to shop here...

I love WINNERS, they always have a lot of awesome things. Every time I go to one there is always something for me. It is a store that carries a variety of brands, even high end ones and they offer very competitive prices. There is always something for everybody in my family there! Even the dog gets spoiled! And I like that they have many locations with easy access.

Although the merchandise is trendy and usually affordable, they have LOUSY Customer Service. I had an accident within the store where a shelf with about 8 wooden Cutting Boards were not placed properly and all fell on my foot. Although the Assistant Manager and one of the clerks were speedy in assuring I was ok, Winners Customer Service at Head office were not. My foot is badly bruised and i had to go in for x rays, but Head office Customer Service was non existent, I had to email 3 times before I received a call to see if I was ok! Bad Customer Service. Follow up? Nope, I had to repeatedly call. Is that Customer Service? It's been a month since the accident, still the tissue on my foot is badly bruised and tender to the touch. I shudder at the thought had there been a child there and had all the boards collapse on them.

Absolutely loveeeee winners! My husband refuses to come with me because he knows that I can get lost in there for hours! There's just so much to look at lol

I love browsing & shopping at Winners I'm wishing it was closer to me but I do go often to the closest Winners to me. 25 mins away... I like taking my time to search each ilse. I walk into the store grab a cart and start walking. I grab what I like place it into the cart because you never know if the next person will get it if you hesitate.
I grab items and think really hard if I just want them or need them..

Winners is one of my favourite stores to shop at. I always find great name brand stuff there, at an amazing price. I could walk around in that store for hours and never get bored lol.

I always love shopping in Winners because you never know what kind of bargain you can find in their stores. My best finds were carry-on luggages because I even compared their prices compared to the outlets and Winners definitely had them cheaper!! I tend to look at their cosmetic section most of the time but you need to be careful with their expiration dates. Even though it might be cheaper than their respective retailer stores, you only have one face with no backups so please be careful when you buy cosmetics there!

J'adore ce magasin : choix de vêtements de marque différentes à prix intéressant. Le stock change fréquemment, donc on trouve souvent quelques choses de différents. Des fois, c'est compliqué de fouiller ou on ne trouve pas notre taille dans le modèle voulu, mais bon il y a tellement de choix, que ce n'est pas si grave que ça.. J'aime spécialement le coin décoration et maison, on y déniche de super bon truc! leur politique de retour est superbe., Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'aide sur le plancher mais à la caisse ça avance vite. Leurs cabines d'essayage sont assez spacieuses.

the service isn't that great at winners to be honest. it makes me feel like there's no one in that store because no one ever approaches me but other than that the items sold are great and have a great variety.

My brother buys all of his shirts and pants at Winners. I like the quality of the clothing and the pricing see pretty decent however they don't carry much for large people. I wish they could have more plus size variety especially in outerwear.
