Wish..worst customer service

Worst customer service i have ever seen..i've been buying from wish for about 5 years...do you know how much $$$ i spent??? Thousounds...because i made a few claims for shit i didn't receive, they accused me of being an abusive customer. Now Keep in mind its their policy,not mine... and do you know how many things i didn't claim... ??? So i found Aliexpress, they most of the time don,t charge for delivery witch wish do charge, articles are the same somewhat prices and delivery is way faster..will never, ever, ever, buy from wish again...

Wouldn't order again

I do have to say the products Wish features are great and the prcies are too, but the quality is what you would expect for paying the price. I only ordered once from them and never got my items , their service was fast and issued me a refund but i wouldnt order again.
