This is just one of those ya get what you pay for stores..... I personaly have never had a problem but have heard many horror stories. Not the stores fault exactly but they do have a pretty crappy exchange policy and most products are refurbished so just be careful with what you buy. Like anything in life you get what you pay for. They did have a nice little variety of different household items, everything from flat screen tv's to bedding.
