Yuzu is the happy medium between Ichiban Sushi and Blowfish. Not too cheap, not too pricey... just excellent quality at a reasonable price. The fish is very fresh and well presented and they do not use dyed pink ginger. It is the colour it should be (yellow!). The decor is trendy and tasteful without trying too hard. The air-conditioning is a bit on the cool side, but if you bring a light sweater you'll be fine.

The Lobster Tail Maki was the favourite at our table, as was the Spicy Tuna with crunch. They have a fun cocktail selection with Sake every way you can imagine it.

I have the feeling we will be back often.
