I love going to this store, I always feel like the staff really go out of their way to be helpful, provide good information about what is best for me and what to try, and they make me feel as beautiful as the products do - even though I'm not really! What's even more amazing is that they always remember me, although I'm sure they see thousands of customers a year. The products themselves, well, I've used Yves Rocher for about 20 years, have tried other brands occasionally, and always come back because the quality for the price is just fantastic.
