Worst customer service! Never shopping there again. They do not stand behind their products and do not care about customers. I purchased a product and I was not able to exchange it. Never been to a worse retail store.

I absolutely LOVE everything I own from Zara . Everything is trendy, great quality, fits great and I always get compliments when I wear them. The accessories stand out as well and are well crafted and designed. It's also nice if you can wait it out and get things during sales.

I love going to the Zara in Fairview Mall. Zara has very trendy clothing and good material. The only downside to Zara is that it is quite expensive.

Trendy styles. Nice store, friendly and bright & nice atmosphere for shopping. High quality clothes, but prices can be high - watch for sales & clearance items.

I love Zara stores. They are different for ones in Europe but I still like to go there to get nice, classy and stylish clothes. Price might be high sometimes. Great costumer service. Stores are always clean and tidy.

I love going to this Zara location! I usually go to Zara to buy simple tops and skirts, and they're really high quality! I enjoy how the store organizes itself by color, it really helps when you're finding a piece of clothing that is a specific color!

Zara is by far my most favourite clothing store! Their style is always in! I love that they bring in european styles that are unconventional, and not just trendy. Though their prices are a little more than what their quality suggests, I am so in love with their style that it doesn't matter to me as much.
I recommend checking out the one at Queen St West in Downtown Toronto, or Yorkdale. The location in Eaton Centre is a little too messy and disorganized for my liking. The best Zara location I've ever went to though was Yorkville Toronto. Definitely check that one out!

So I went exploring in Fairview Mall since my return to Toronto and I they have added some great stores to Fairview Mall including Zara. Sometimes I find going into Zara daunting because customers tend to tear through and make the store a disorganized mess but I have to say that the location at Fairview Mall was very organized and chic looking and it was an overall great shopping experience. The sales staff were helpful but not pushy which made me take my time in the store and take a look around. As a result I bought the boots pictured for $60 and I will be returning to Zara in Fairview Mall again shortly! :o)
