I cannot stand shopping at Zellers.

I find that the store is always in horrible condition, from not being cleaned and organized on a regular basis. The staff are never around, and when they are - they are not knowledgeable. The prices are really high, and the merchandise is mediocre. The washrooms are always a complete mess, and absolutely disgusting.

I'm actually VERY happy that Target came in and took over.

This store should not be in existence... it either needs to close down permanently, or be revamped majorly. All zellers I have ever been in are always disorganized, staff know little to nothing about where things are and it's just a mess.

Their products are always damaged or ripped open, the maintenance of the store is not kept up. Their customer service is horrible, they've been known to refuse customers who make complaints or use coupons on their products. However they usually have really good prices for most of their grocery products except for children and baby supplies.
